1. Intellectual Property

All prompts, templates, pricing logic, trade-first scoping models, and workflow designs are proprietary intellectual property of NexBilt. This includes but is not limited to:

  • AI prompts and prompt engineering methodologies
  • Trade-specific scoping templates and frameworks
  • Pricing calculation algorithms and logic
  • Workflow automation designs and sequences
  • Report generation templates and structures

2. Restrictions

Users may NOT:

  • Copy or reuse NexBilt prompts in another product, service, or competing application
  • Export internal logic or attempt to reconstruct, reverse-engineer, or decompile any part of the NexBilt platform
  • Build competing software using NexBilt's output, methodologies, or data structures as training material for AI systems or as the foundation for similar products
  • Sell, resell, or sublicense the NexBilt application or any part of it, including templates, outputs, or access to the platform
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users or allow access beyond your licensed user count

3. Generated Output

Permitted Use:

  • You may use generated scopes of work, quotes, SWMS documents, and reports freely for commercial purposes within your business operations
  • You retain ownership of project-specific data you input into the platform
  • Output documents may be shared with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders as needed for business purposes

Prohibited Use:

  • You may NOT use generated outputs to train or develop competing AI systems, machine learning models, or automated construction estimating tools
  • You may NOT systematically extract and compile NexBilt outputs to create derivative databases, pricing libraries, or competitive resources

4. Enforcement

Violation of this License & Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account, legal action to protect NexBilt's intellectual property, and recovery of damages. NexBilt reserves the right to monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance with these terms.
